The Tender shall comprise
Two Envelopes to be submitted
simultaneously, one called the Technical Offer (Envelope-01) containing
the Documents listed in ITT Sub Clause 24.2 and the other called the Financial
Offer (Envelope-02) containing the Documents listed in ITT Sub Clause
24.3 in the Tender Document. Both Envelopes shall then be marked as
Envelope-01 & Envelope-02 and Sealed Separately and
enclosed together in a Single Sealed Outer Envelope. If the
Technical Offer and the Financial Offer are
submitted together in one envelope, the Tender should be rejected. |
