3. Update of Contractual organization with the tender will be attached with each tender of the LGED License,Trade Licence,Bank status,Incom

tax Certificatees and VAT registration certificates.

4.With the tender,you will need to add experience certificate for the last 5 years.if the submission of the tender without the addition,it will be

considered to be canceled in the Tender evaluation list(Non Responsibility).

5.The Validity of the tender will be 90 days from the date of receipt of the tender.

6.The bill will be provided subject to allotment.

7.Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (ten) Percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected

8. without any reason,the autority reserves the right to reject or reject any or all of the tender.
