7. Tender shall valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening and must accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may often further information for the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents on payment of fixed price respectively in cash/treasury Challan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenders of their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tender. Tender must accompany by tender security as mentioned above in the form of bank draft/pay order from any Schedule bank of Bangladesh. The authority reserves the right to accepted or rejects any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
