For Lot no. LAXMI/ RRMAIDP/SAD/09-10-03, The tenderer shall quote item wise rates but amount quoted more than above or below 5% of the estimated cost will summarily be rejected. Contractor will be selected through lottery in case of similarity is total amounts and for Lot no. LAXMI/ CDSP-III/ RAG/09-10-09, the Contractor will Quote item wise rates as per clause no. 31 of  PPR-2006. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders whatsoever.

Tender shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the Tender Security specified above. Interested Tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the Tender Documents in cash/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The Tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of Tenders.
