Eligibility of tenderer |

i)
The Minimum period of general
experinece in Civil construction/Earth
works shall be 5 (five) years. |
|||
|
|
|
|
|
ii)
The minimum specific experience as
prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in construction
works of at least one contract of similar nature
(Construction/Re-construction of Road) , complexity and methods/ construction
technology successfully completedwithin the last 5 (five) years, with a value
of at least BDT BDT 409 (Four
hundred nine) lacs. |

(iii)
The required average annual
turnover shall be greater than Tk. 804
(Eight hundred four) lacs over the last
5(five) years. Audited Balance sheet for last 5 (five) years [ 2005-2006,
2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010] to be provided. |

(iv)
The minimum amount of free funds
(liquid assets) and /or credit facilities net of other Constractual commitments
of the successful Tenderer shall be 210 (Two hundred ten) lacs. |
