Tender
Documents may be purchased by any eligible Tenderer
from the offices mentioned above in Sl.No.19(a)
on payment by Chelan from Std-09 Uttra Bank Ltd, Pouro Bazar Branch, Rangpur in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Rangpur of Non-refundable
amount as mentioned above in SL. No. 22 each sets of tender documents may be
purchased at the same price. |

28(ii) |
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days from Tender opening and Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of amount as mentioned SL. No. 23 (Particulars Lot) in the from of Bank Draft/Pay Order from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Rangpur. |

28(iii) |
Tenders may deliver their Tenders personally or by any means includingcourier Services, Registered Mail with Acknowledgment due etc. and tenders must reach the office mentioned above in SL. No. 17 on or before the deadline for Submission of Tenders. But Tenders received after the deadline will not be accepted. |

Qualification Criteria |
|||
|
ITT 14.1(a) |
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer
in the Construction works as prime Contractor shall be 3 years. |
|
ITT 14.1(b) |
The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in Construction works of at
least 01 Contact of similar nature, Complexity and methods/Construction technology successfully completed
within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least tk.170.00 lac. |
|
ITT 15.1(a) |
The required average
annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 500.00 Lacs
the last 05 years |
|
ITT 15.1(b) |
The
minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of
the Tensderer shall be Tk
85.00 Lacs |
N.B. ** Payment must be depending on when Fund is available.
** The Procuring
entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without
any reasons whatsover.
