the lowest responsive/evaluated tender is found to be more than one at the
same Rate, the successful Tenderer will be determined through lottery. The
Date, Time & Place of lottery (If necessary), 30/05/2011, 11-00am Office of the Undersigned. Tender shall be
valid for a period of 60 (For Package No.GOBM/PAN/W-95) & 120 (For
Package No.IRIDP/PAN/W-43) days
after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified
above. Interested tenderers may obtain further
information from the office of the undersigned and stated in the tender
document. Purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft
from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized
representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. In case of
total quoted amount found less or above than 5% of the official
Estimate (Amount shown in BOQ), the tender shall be summarily
rejected. The Eligibility of Tenderer: Qualification Criteria given in Tender
Data Sheet (TDS) of Tender Documents. Tender Schedule purchase money receipt
(Original) should be attached with the dropping tender. The Tender Notice is
available at the LGED web site www.lged.gov.bd. The procuring
entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders. |
