INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of tenderer	i.	The Minimum period of General experience in Civil construction/Earth works shall be 5 (five) years.
	ii.	The Minimum specific Experience as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, (Construction/ Re-construction of road), complexcity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 310 (Three Hundred Ten) Lacs.
	iii.	The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 720.00 (Seven  Hundred Twenty) lacs over the last 5 (five) years. Audite Balance sheet for last 5 (five) years [2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010] to be provided.
	iv.	The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) and/or credit facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be 180.00 (One Hundred Eighty lacs Only).
	v.	Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
