If quoted rate becomes more than 5% less or above than the Engineering Estimate than the tender shall be summarily rejected.

07.

Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security mentioned above in the form of B.D/P.O from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, LGED, Sherpur. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents by Treasury chalan (Code No. 1 - 3 7 3 1 - 0 0 0 0 - 2 3 6 6) from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.

 08.

Any Government instructions regarding Procurement will be effective for this invitation for tender.

   09.        Public Procurement Rules-2008(PPR-2008) shall be the basis of tender evaluation and contract management.

   10.        This invitation of tender is available on web  site :  www. lged.gov.bd.

   11.        The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
