22	Eligibility of Tenderer		i. The Minimum period of general experience in Civil construction / Earth works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction work of at least 1(one) contracts of similar nature (Construction /Re-construction or Road), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least 290 (Two Hundred Ninety) Lac Taka. iii. Required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 700 (Seven Thousand) lac Taka over the last five years. Audited Balance sheet for last 5 years. [2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010] to be provided. iv. Minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 175 (One Hundred Seventy Fifty) lac. v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
