a. The tenderer should submit the tender document in sealed
condition. b. All
terms and conditions stated in the Public Procurement Act (PPA)-2006 and
''The Public Procurement Rules-2008 shall remain valid c. The
cost of tests for materials & others as required by the technical
specification should be included in the quoted rates No additional payment will be made for
those tests. d. Earth
work and protective work (if any) should be done first unless any payment
shall not be made to the contractor. . Earth work volume should be determined based
on pre-work and post-work measurement by level survey. Payment of earth work
should be made with final bill of the contract. e. Finally, the implementation work should
be finished not later than April 2012 otherwise payment cannot be made. f. General qualification of documents. The
tenderer must have the following documents that
should have to be submitted with the tender documenst (i) Attested
copies of VAT registration & TIN certificates (ii) Attested copies of trade license. g. The tenderer must submit of the above mentioned work
certificate with the tender documents from the concerned Executive Engineer/authority. |

Tender shall be valid for a period of 60/120 (Sixty/One
hundred twenty) days
after tender opening and must be accompanied by the Tender Security specified
above. Interested Tenderer may obtain further
information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the Tender
Documents in cash/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The Tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed
to attend the opening of Tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |
