6. Tender shall be valid for a Period of 120 days after Tender Opening and must be accompanied by the Tender Security specified above. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from the undersigned and have to purchase the Tender Documents by paying the price of Tender Documents in the form of chalan (Code No: 1-3731-0000-2366) from the places mentioned above accordingly. The Tenderer or their Authorised Representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.

 

7. If the quoted rate of the tender is more than 5% above or less than the Estimated Cost, his Tender shall be rejected.
