quoting & method of contractor selection |

The amount quoted by the contractor must not
exceed 5% above or below than that of official estimate, otherwise the tender
will summarily be rejected. In case of similar quoted amount, the selection
of the contractor will be made as per amendment of PPA-2006 & PPR-2008. |
9. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender
opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above.
Interested tender may obtain further information from the office of the
undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury Chalan/bank
draft from the place mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized
representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning
any reasons whatsoever.
