i) The Tenderer shall
have a minimum of 5 years of general experience. ii) The minimum
specific experience of the Tenderer in construction works shall be at least 1 (One)
contracts of similar nature 5-storied Building Per flour area 5000 sft over a period
of last 3 years Cach with a value of at least Tk 5.00 core. iii) The required
average annual construction turnover 9.00 core period of 3 years over the
last 5 years. iv) The minimum amount
of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 1.20 core. v) The Tenderer shall have requisite manpower for execution of
the works and construction equipments
as specified in the TDS ITT 16.1(a) & 17 (1) |
