shall be valid for a period of 120 (One hundred twenty) days after bid
opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above.
Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of
undersigned and purchase the tender
documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned
above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to
attened the opening of tenders. The authority
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reasons whatsoever. |

along with non-responsive Tender will be refunded after evaluation by the TEC
as it is non-responsive, others Tender security will be refunded after
signing agreement with the lowest bidder and approved by the Procuring
entity. |
