07.	If the quoted rate becomes more than 5% Less or above than the Engineering Estimate, the tender will be summarily rejected.
08.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security as specified in the tender notice. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in Cash/Treasury Chalan/ Bank Draft (Non-refundable) from the places mentioned above.
09.	The invitation for tender is available at the website www.cptu.gov.bd & http/www.lged.gov.bd
10.	Tenderer shall write quoted amount in figure & in word in the tender submission sheet attached with the tender document.
11.	Public Procurement Rules-2008 (PPR-2008) shall be the basis of tender evaluation and contract management.
12.	The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
