Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the enlisted contractors of LGED under limited Tendering method (LTM) for 2011-12 F.Y. for the procurement of the under mentioned works as per terms and conditions stated below:

6.	Date, time and place of opening of tender		:	Date: 07 – 06 - 2012, Time: 03.00pm and Place: Office of the undersigned
7.	If the quoted rate of the tender is more then 5% above or less then the Estimate cost, his tender shall be summarily rejected.
8.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury Chelan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
9.	All activities in connection with the said procurement of works will be guided as per PPR-2008 with concerned amendment .
