Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the Improvement of Baliarpur - Raghunathpur
Embankment/ road at Ch: 1 +514km to Ch. 2+314km of Gomrabeel Subproject
{SP-24135 (ADB)}, Upazlia: Sadar, District: Meherpur
3. Only eligible
bidders with the following key qualifications may participate in this bidding:
·
Average Annual Construction Turnover not less than BDT
53.50 (Fifty three point five zero) lakh
in last 3 (three) years.
·
Minimum 5 (five) years General
Construction experience.
·
Experience in Similar Contract Individually of at
least one contract of value BDT 20.06 (Twenty
point zero six) lakh in last 5 (five) years.
·
Liquid Assets in terms of
cash/line credit at least BDT 13.38
(Thirteen point three eight) lakh.
·
Equipments like concrete mixture machine, concrete
vibrator and plate compactor must have in his possession either owner or
leased.
·
The bidder should have experienced Construction
Manager.

Commissioner/Police Super, Meherpur/PD, PSSWRSP, LGED HQ, RDEC Bhaban
(Level-5), Agargaon, Dhaka/ Upazila Engineer Office, Sadar, Meherpur requesting
the bidding documents for Construction of works mentioned above.
·
pay a non-refundable fee in
favour of Executive Engineer, LGED, Meherpur as mentioned above.
·
Deadline for purchasing Bidding Documents: 30-10-2012, Time: 05:00 PM (Office time).
6. Deliver
your bid:
·
to the office of the Executive
Engineer, LGED, Meherpur. (Principal).
·
on or before the deadline:
date: 31-10-2012 at time : 01:00 PM.
·
together with a Bid Security of BDT 1,00,000.00 (One lakh) in favour of Executive Engineer,
LGED, Meherpur.
7. Bids will be opened on 31-10-2012 at 01:05
PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, LGED, Meherpur.
8. The Employer reserves the right to
accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids
at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to
Bidders. In case of annulment, all bids submitted and specifically, bid
securities, shall be promptly returned to the Bidders.
