	INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
22	Eligibility of tenderer	i.	The Minimum period of General experience in Civil construction/Earth works shall be 5 (five) years.
		ii.	The Minimum specific Experience as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, with a value of at least BDT 180.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-19(06) & BDT 218.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-20(03).
		iii.	The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 600.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-19(06) & BDT 726.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-20(03) over the last 5 (five) years. Audite Balance sheet for last 5 (five) years [2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011 & 2011-2012] to be provided.
		iv.	The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) and/or credit facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be BDT 151.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-19(06) & BDT 182.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-20(03). The certificate showing credit facility should be issued by the Bank with the period from date of publidhing IFT to the date of Tender submission.
		v.	Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
