mentioned above. The Tenderers or their authorized representatives allowed
attending the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

08. If any tender is dropped more than 05% (Five percent)
above or less than the official estimated cost, the tender shall be summarily
rejected.
