places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders .
The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reason whatsoever. |

The major Bituminous
Overlay and Re-seal works must be performed by the bituminous concrete mix
supplied from any reputed concrete mixing plant (Preferably from newly
stablished Bituminous mix Plant of Rajshahi City Corporation, located near at
City Hat) and the required equipments like Dump Truck, Pever, Road Roller
must be use in the works. |
