7 Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days for after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever
8. Any
tender of offered price more than 5 %( Five) above or below the official
Estimate shall be rejected according to PPA (2nd Amendment) 2009
Regulations 3.
