9. According to amendment of
PPA’ 2006 published in Bangladesh Gazette, July 18 2010 (Reference amendment of
Section 19 of Act 24, 2006) all tender
will rejected if the total Tender Price came more than 5% less or above the
official estimated cost.
10. The Tender shall be valid
for a period of 90
days after the Tender Opening and must be accompanied by the Tender
Security as specified in the detail
notice in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay
Order in favor of undersigned. The authority reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the Tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested Tenders may obtain further information
from the office of the Undersigned & respective Upazila
Engineer Offices and purchase the Tender Documents in cash in the
designated name of Undersigned & Upazila Engineer Offices mentioned above. The Tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to
attend at the Opening of Tenders.
