Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the Construction of Pipe Sluice
(1v-900mm dia) for Chowfaldandi
Subproject { SP-25245(ADB)} at Upazila: Sadar, District Cox’s Bazar
3. Only eligible bidders with the
following key qualifications may participate in this bidding:
·
Avarage
annual construction turnover not less then Taka 36.50 lakh
in the 3 years.
·
Minimum 5 (five) years General Construction
experience for at least the the last 05 (Five) years
to the bidders submission deadline..
·
Minimum specific experience in Similar Contract
Individually at least one contract within the last 5(Five) years each with a
value of at least BDT. 9.15 Lakh.
·
Liquid assets in terms of cash/line credit at least
BDT. 9.15 Lakh.
·
Equipments like concrete mixture machine, concrete
vibrator and plate compactor must have in his possession either owner or leased.
·
The bidder should have experienced construction mamager.

To purchase the bidding
documents in English, eligible bidders should:

of the Deputy Commissioner, Cox`sBazar or (d)
Superintendent of Police, Cox’s Bazar or (e) Project
Director, PSSWRSP, LGED HQ, RDEC Bhaban (Level-5), Agargaon, Dhak or (f) Upazila Engineer Office, Sadar,
Cox’s Bazar requesting the bidding documents for Construction of
works mentioned above.
·
pay a non-refundable fee in favour
of Executive Engineer, LGED, Cox’s Bazar as mentioned
above.
·
Deadline for purchasing Bidding Documents 28 January
2013 Time: 05:00 PM (Office time).
6.
Deliver your bid:
·
to the office of the Executive Engineer, LGED,
Cox’s Bazar (Principal).
·
on or before the deadline: date : 29 January 2013
at time : 12:00 Noon.
·
together with a Bid Security of Tk. 45,000.00 (Forty Five Thousand).

7. Bids will be opened on 29 January
2013 at 12.05 Noon in the office of the Executive Engineer, LGED, Cox’s Bazar.
8. The Employer reserves the right to
accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids
at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to
Bidders. In case of annulment, all bids submitted and specifically, bid
securities, shall be promptly returned to the Bidders.
