{SP-43032 (IFAD-1)}, Upazila: Atrai, District: Naogaon. (Bid ID 16403430320076) (b) Construction of WMCA Office including
Electrification, Office Furniture & Tender Preparation work under kujail-Sodakhali-Ractodoho
Subproject (SP-42025), Upazila: Raninagar, District: Naogaon. (Bid ID 16485420250024)
3. Only eligible bidders with the
following key qualifications may participate in this bidding:
·
Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT)
shall be for S.l. No. 1. BDT 113.00 (One hundred thirteen lakh) & for S.l.
No. 2. BDT 9.00 (Nine lakh) in last 3 (three) years.
·
Minimum 5 (five) years General Construction
experience.
·
Experience in Similar Contract Individually of at
least one contract of value for S.l. No. 1. BDT 85.00 (Eighty five lakh) &
for S.l. No. 2. BDT 6.90 (Six lakh
ninety thousand) in last 5 (five) years.
·
Liquid Assets in terms of cash/line credit at least
for S.l. No. 1. BDT 28.20 (Twenty eight lakh twenty thousand) & for S.l.
No. 2. BDT 6.90 (Six lakh ninety thousand).
·
Equipments like concrete mixture machine, concrete
vibrator and plate compactor must have in his possession either owner or
leased.
·
The bidder should have experienced Construction
Manager.
