The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |

more than 5%(Five) above or below the official Estimate shall be rejected
according to PPA (2nd Amendment) 20 09 Regulations 3. |
