Special

(A)  The  tender should submit the  tender document in  sealed  condition

(B)  All terms and condition stated in the public procurement Rules -2008 Shall remain valid.

(C)  The cost of tests for materials & other as required by the technical Spacification should

        be   including in the quoted rates no additional payment will be made for those tests.

(D)  Tenders submitted more than 5% less or more than 5% above of the estimated cost will

        be treated as non-responsive.

(E)  If  there are more then 1 lowest responsive  tenderer  then 1 tenderer  amount  them  will

       be  selected as per public procurement Rules -2008.

(F)  General  qualification of  documents:  the tenderer  most have the follwing  documents 

       that  should have to be submited with the tender document.

(i)   Attested compies of VAT Registration, TIN Certificates & Contractor Enlistnent

        Licence.

(ii)  The tender must submit of the  above  mentioned  work Certificates with  the tender     

        documents from the concerned  Upazila Engineer / authority.

Tender Shall be valid a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the  undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft form the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized  representative  are allowed to attent the opening of tenders. The authority  reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever
