6.	Date, time and place of opening of tender		:	Date: 26 February 2013, Time: 03:00 pm and Place: Office of the undersigned
7.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
8.	If the quoted rate of any tender becomes more than 5% above or 5% less than the estimated cost, then, the tender shall be rejected directly.
