8.	If Rate Quoted by the Contractor More than 5% Above or Less to the Estimated Cost, Tender Shall be Directly Rejected.
9	Payment should be made after receiving fund.
10	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening & must be accompanied by the tender security specified above, Interested tender may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned & purchase the tender documents in Cash/Treasury Chelan/Bank draft from the places mentioned above, The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders, The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever,
