5.			Last date, time and places of receiving tender		:	11/03/2013 up to 1.00 PM (a) Office of the Executive Engineer, LGED, District: Gaibandha. (b) Office of the Upazila Engineer, LGED, Upazila: Sadar, District: Gaibandha. (c) Office of the undersigned.
6.			Date, time and place of opening of tender		:	11/03/2013 at 3.00PM, Office of the undersigned.
7.			Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security as specified above. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderers or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
8.			The tenderer outside of the Rangpur Region are ineligible for this tender.
9.			Bidder shall attach the copy of the enlistment (blue book) along with the tender as a proof of renewed enlistment for 2012-2013.
10			The tender security will be accepted in the form of pay order or bank draft. Other forms of tender security will not be accepted.
11.			The Invitation for tender is available at the Website www.lged.gov.bd
12.			In case of unavoidable circumstances corresponding working days after 10/03/2013 will be considered for last selling, last receiving and opening of tender. All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
