07	Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tender or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
08	The tender will be rejected if the total tender price quoted more than 5% less or above of the official estimated cost.
09	Bill for earth work will also be paid with final bill.
10	Cost of salvage amount will be treated as fixed amount.
11	VAT & IT will be deducted over gross bill amount.
12	Payment will be made as per availability of Fund & Satisfactor Lab. Test Result.
13	If the Contractor used construction equipments of LGED, Rent will be deducted as per LGED Rate Schedule
