shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be
accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may
obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase
the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places
mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed
to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever |

Any tender of offered price
more than 5%(Five) above or below the official Estimate shall be rejected
according to PPA (2nd Amendment) 20 09 Regulations 3. |

Total
amount for Salvaged Materials (if any) will be deducted from net bill amount
and will be treated as fixed amount.

Earth
work/Protective work to be done at first but Bill of all Earth filling work
will be given only in final bill. |

11 |
In
Case of using LGED construction equipments, the rent of the equipment will be
deducted form bill as per LGED Schedule rate & frequency. |

Payment
against Bill of work done will depend on availability of fund, i, e, payment
will be made only after getting fund |
