08	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above . Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender document in cash/Treasury chalan/Bank draft from the places mentioned above. The Tenderer or their authorized representative are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. Tenders submitted with quoted price of more than 5% (Five percent) above less than the estimated cost will summarily be rejected ; The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reasons whatsoerer. This invitation for tender is available at the web site www.lged.gov.bd.
