i) The Minimum period of general experinece in Civil
construction works shall be 5 (five)
years. |
|||
|
|
|
|
|
ii) The minimum specific experience as prime
contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in civil construction
works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature
(Construction/Re-Construction of Road),
complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully
completedwithin the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT BDT 2.00 Crore. (Package No: R-27) & BDT

(iii) The required average annual turnover shall
be greater than BDT. 3.00 Crore
(Package No: R-27) & BDT 30.00 Lac (Package No: W-33) lacs over the last
5(five) years. Audited Balance sheet for last 5 (five) years [ 2007-2008,
2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012] to be provided. |

(iv) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid
assets) and /or credit facilities net of other Constractual commitments of
the successful Tenderer shall be 1.25 Crore (Package No: R-27) & 05
Lac (Package No: W-33). The certificate showing credit facility
should be issued by the Bank within the period form date of publishing IFT to
the date of tender submission |
