Department (LGED) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction (i) Sabdanga
Khal WRS-1 (3V-1.5mx1.5m), (ii) Sabdanga Khal WRS-2 (3V-1.5mx1.8m) & (iii) Construction
of WMCA Office including Electrification, Office Furniture & Tender
Preparation work under Sabdanga Khal Subproject {SP-43028 (IFAD-2)}, Upazila: Atghoria,
District: Pabna.
3. Only eligible bidders with the
following key qualifications may participate in this bidding:
·
Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT)
shall be BDT Tk: 99.00 (Ninety nine lakh) in
last 3 (three) years.
·
Minimum 5 (five) years General Construction
experience.
·
Experience in Similar Contract Individually of at
least one contract of value BDT TK: 75.00 (Seventy
five lakh) in last 5 (five) years.
·
Liquid Assets in terms of cash/line credit at least
BDT Tk: 25.00 (Twenty five lakh).
·
Equipments like concrete mixture machine, concrete
vibrator and plate compactor must have in his possession either owner or
leased.
·
The bidder should have experienced Construction
Manager.

Pabna/PD, PSSWRSP, LGED HQ, RDEC Bhaban (Level-5), Agargaon, Dhaka/Upazila
Engineer Office, Atghoria, Pabna requesting the bidding documents for
Construction of works mentioned above.
·
Pay a non-refundable fee in favour of Executive
Engineer, LGED, Pabna as mentioned above.
·
Deadline for purchasing Bidding Documents: 07.05.2013, Time: 05:00 PM (Office time).
6.
Deliver your bid:
·
To the office of the Executive Engineer, LGED,
Pabna (Principal).
·
On or before the deadline: date:
08.05.2013 at time: 12:00 PM.
·
Together with a Bid Security of BDT 3,90,000.00 (Three lakh ninety thousand) in
favour of Engineer, LGED, Pabna.
7. Bids will be opened on 08.05.2013 at 12:05 PM in the office of the
Executive Engineer, LGED, Pabna.
8. The Employer reserves the right to
accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids
at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to
Bidders. In case of annulment, all bids submitted and specifically, bid
securities, shall be promptly returned to the Bidders.
