The People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank(ADB) towards the cost of ‘’Second Chittagong Hill Tracts Rural Development Project(CHTRDP-II) Output-B:Rural Roads component’’ and it is intended that part of the loan will be used for payments under the contract.This Tender is open to tenderers from eligible source countries of the ADB.

Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the enlisted & eligible tenderers as defined in the tender document(s) for the under mentioned works as per terms and conditions stated below:

7.		Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
