8. According to the Gazette published on 18.07.2010 PPR 2006 Rule No:24 clause 19.(Revised). The Tender price should not be more than 5% (Five percent) less or above than official estimated cost. Failing which the tender shall be rejected.

Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above, Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/Bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening the tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsever.
