Special instructions:
1) Tender price must not exceed 5% less or Above
of the official estimated amount. Failing which of the tender shall be
summarily rejected.
2) Tender shall be valid for a period of 120
days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security
specified above & submitted infavour of undersigned only. Interested
tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and
purchase the tender documents in the from cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from
the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives
are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The Procuring entity reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons
whatsoever.
3) If it is
not possible to received/opened the Tender on the schedule date for any
unavoidable circumstances, the same will be received / opened on the next working day at the same time
& same venue.
4) This
tender shall be guided by the Public Procurement Regulation-08 and its
amendments will remain valid.
5)This
invitation for tender is available on the website of www.tender@cptu.gov.bd &
www.lged.gov.bd
