	6.	Date, time and place of opening of tender	:	Date : 13 June’ 2013, Time : 3:00 pm and Place: Office of the Executive Engineer, LGED, Bogra
7.		Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. This invitation for tender is available at the website www.lged.gov.bd and www.cptu.gov.bd.

8.	Special Instructions	i.	The Tender Security will be submitted in the form of Payorder or Bank draft from a scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of the Executive Engineer, LGED, District: Bogra.
		ii.	Work order will be given after getting approval from the competent Authority (If necessary)
		iii.	Payment will be made to the contractor subject to the availability of fund against the Project.
		iv.	Tender Schedule purchase money receipt (Original) should be attached with the dropping tender.
		v.	If the bidder quoted his bid/Tender price more than 5% (Five Percent) Less or above than the official estimated cost, then the bid/Tender shal be summarily rejected as per public procurement (2^nd amendment) act’s 2009.
		vi.	Tender will be evaluated as per PPR-2008 and next amendment (2^nd amendment) 2009.
		vii.	Only enlisted tenderer (for LTM upto 2 crore) of Bogra zone (Bogra, Joypurhat, Pabna and Sirajgonj District) shall Participate in the tender and photo copy of the updated (For FY-2012-2013) enlistment book or enlistment fee treasury challan shall be attached with the tender.
		viii.	If the responsive lowest tenderer is more than one then Contractor will be selected by Lottary and in that case Lottary will be held on 18 June/2013 at 11-00 am in the Office of the Executive Engineer, LGED, Bogra.
9.	The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
