8	Special Instruction	a. All terms and conditions stated in the Public Procurement Act PPA-2006 and the Public Procurement Rules PPR-2008 shall remain valid. b. The cost of tests for materials & other as required by the technical specification should be included in the quoted rates. No additional payment will be made for those tests. c. Tenders submitted with more than 5% Less or more than 5% above of the estimated cost will be treated as non-responsive. d. If there are more than 1 lowest responsive tenderer then 1 tenderer among them will be Selected as per Public Procurement (2^nd Amendment) Act-2006 and PPR-2008. e. General qualification of document: The tenderer must have the following documents that should have to submitted with the tender document. i) Attested copies of VAT registration & TIN certificates. ii) Attested copies of valid trade license. f. Enlisted contractors of LGED under LTM Shall be participate in this notice and update Enlistment copy must be submitted with tender documents.
9	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason Whatsoever. Interest tenderer may obtain further information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/Treasury chalan /Bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the openings of tenders.
