Tender shall be valid for a
period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender
security specified above Interested tendered may obtain further information
from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in
cash/treasury Chelan /bank draft from the place mentioned above. The tenderer
of their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening the
tenders . The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
the tenders without assigning any reasons.
N.B :
Tender will be rejected if quoted amount of
tender is more than 5%(Five
Percent ) Above or 5% (Five Percent ) Less than the Estimated
Amount.
