7	Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the date of tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security mentioned above. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend during the bid opening . The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. This tender notice is also available on LGED web site www.lged.gov.bd
8	If there is tie in the tender price, the contractor will be selected through lottery. In this situation lottery will be held on 23-09-2013 at 11.00 AM at LGED`s conference room, Narail.
