| Eligibility

i. |
The Minimum period
of General experience in civil construction shall be 5(five) years |

ii. |
The Minimum
Experience as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in
construction works of at least one(1) contract of similar nature completed
within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk= 594.00 Lac for Administrative Bhaban &
Tk= 147.00 Lac for Dormitory Bhaban |
| iii. |
The required
average annual ternover shall be greater than BDT 1500.00 Lac for
Administrative Bhaban & BDT 340.00 Lac for Dormitory Bhaban over the last
5(five) years Audit Balance sheet for last 5(five) years (2008-2009 to
2012-2013) to be provided. |
| iv. |
The minimum amount
of free funds (Liquid Asset) and or
credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the
successful tenderer shall be BDT 247.00 Lac for Administrative Bhaban &
BDT 61.00 Lac for Dormitory Bhaban. The Certificate showing Credit Facilities
should be Issued by Bank with the Period from date of publishing IFT to the
date tender submission. |
