Eligibility
of Tenderer |
i.
The Minimum period of general experience in construction works shall be 5 (five)
years.
ii.
The minimum specific experience as a prime
contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Building
construction
work of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, (construction of
multi-storied building), complexity and methods/ construction
technology
successfully completed in full or in eighty percent (80%) at the time
of
tender submission or within the last 5 years, with a value of at least
BDT 302 (Three Hundred Tw0) Lacs Taka.
iii.
The required average annual turnover shall
be greater than Tk. 510 (Five hundred ten)
lacs Taka over
the last five years. Audited Balance Sheet for last 3 years to be
provided.
iv.
The minimum amount of free funds (liquid
assets) and/or credit
facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the successful
Tenderer
shall be Tk. 128 (One Hundred twenty-eight) lacs.
v.
Other qualifications as mentioned in the
tender document. |
