Special Instructions |
(i) If any tender offter
prices 5% (Five Percent) more or less than the official estimated cost as
mentioned in the BOQ. The tender will be summarily rejected. (ii) General Qualifation
of ducuments: The tenderer must have the floowoing documents that should have to be submitted with
the tender document (i) Attested copies of VAT registration & TIN
certificates (ii) Attested copies of Trade license. (iii) Payment will be made sure after
sanctioning of fund from the competent authority |

Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after
bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified in
section. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the
undersigned and purchase the tender document in cash/treasury chalan (Code No: 1-3731-0000-2366)/bank draft from the
places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are
allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons
whatsoever. The invitation for tender is available at the Website
http/www.lged.gov.bd. |
