7.   Tender shall be valid for a period of 60 days after Tender Opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned. The Tender Security mentioned above in the form of B.D/P.O from any schedule bank of Bangladesh in favour of Upazila Engineer, LGED, Nalitabari, Sherpur and purchase the tender documents by Treasury Chalan (Code no 1-3731-0000-2366) from the places mentioned above. The Tenderer or there Authorised Representative are allowed to attened the opening of tenders.   

 

8.   The tender is directly rejected if the quoted tender amount is more than 5% (Five Percent) Less/Above than the Official Estimated Cost. If more than tender quoted same lowest responsive   rate in certain Package of work, Succesful tenderes shall be selected through a lottery.  

 

9.   Payment shall be made after available fund from authority for which no claim will be certain but the work must be continue and completed within schedule time and proportionate progress must be achived. 

 

10.  The provision laid down in the public Procurement Regulation 2008 & PPA-2009(2nd revision) & Standard Tender Document will strictly        compliance.

 

11.  The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
