The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |

The tender will be rejected if the qualified contractor’s quoted total tender price is above or less than 5% of the official estimate as defined in tender documents. |
