Tender Shall be valid for a period of 120 days after
tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified
above. The authority reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested
tenderers may obtain further information
from the Office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents
in Cash/ treasury Chalan/ Bank draft from the place mentioned above. All
terms and conditions stated in the Public Procurement Act-2006 and The Public
Procurement Rules-2008 shall remain valid. Tenders submitted with more than
5% less or more than 5% above of the estimated cost will be treated as non-
responsive. |

Special instruction :
a)
The tenderers shall submit the tender document in sealed condition.
b)
The cost of tests for materials & other as required by the
technical specification should be included in the quoted rates. No additional
payment will be made for those tests.
c)
General qualification of documents : The
tenderer must have the following documents that should have to be submitted
with the tender document.
(i)
Attested copies of VAT registration & TIN certificates.
(ii)
Attested copies of Trade license & Contractor License.
d)
The tenderer must submit of the above mentioned work certificate
Specified in tender documents from the concerned Executive Engineer/ Authority.
e)
Payment will be made on basis of the availabity
of Fund.
f)
Other instruction in the tender documents shall be followed.
