1. The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has
received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of
Participatory Small Scale Water Resources Sector Project (PSSWRSP). Part of
this lone will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is
open to bidders from ADB member Countries.
2.
The Local
Government Engineering Department (LGED),invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the Part (A) Construction of
Box Culvert (1v-0.75mx0.75m) at ch. 0+030km, 0+065km and 0+306km; Part (B) Construction of Irrigation Drain at ch.
0+030km(140m), 0+065km(70m) 0+306km(90m) and ( C) CC Block & Relative
works of Haque Nagar Sub-project {SP-23110
(ADB)}, Upazila, Dowarabazar, District- Sunamgonaj.
3.
Only eligible
bidders meeting the qualifications criteria stated in the bidding document,
including the following key criteria may participate in this bidding:
a.
Average Annual
construction turnover not less than Taka 64.50
lakh in the last 3 years.
b.
Minimum, 5(five) years general construction experience for at lest the last 5(five) years to the bidders submission
deadline.
c.
Minimum specific experience in similar
contract individually of al least one contract within the last 5(five) years each with a value of at
least Taka BDT 22.00Lakh.
d.
Should fulfill requirement of financial
recourse as mentioned in the Bidding documents.
e.
Equipments like
concrete mixture machine, concrete vibrator and plate compactor must have in his
possession either owner or leased.
4.

8.
The Employer
reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding
process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without there
by incurring any liability to Bidders In case of annulment, all bids
submitted and specifically, bid securities, shall be promptly returned to the
Bidders.
