6.	Date, time and place of opening of tender	:	21/01/2014 at 4: 00 PM, Office of the undersigned
7.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The schedule amounting beyond 5% than the estimated cost shall rejected as per amendment of PPA'2006 published in Bangladesh Gazette, July 18' 2010. (Reference amendment of Section 19 of Act 24, 2006). The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. This invitation for tender is available on the website www.lged.gov.bd
